It covers ubesim.com (this site) and plans.ubesim.com (where you browse and buy eSIM plans). The iOS app and Android app have their own privacy policies.

If this policy and our Terms of Service conflict on personal information, this policy controls.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to show plans, take payment, deliver an eSIM, and support you.

Information you give us

• Email address — at checkout, for receipts, order lookup, and support.
• Destination search — the country or region you look up.
• Support messages — if you email us or write on WhatsApp.

Payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and transaction identifiers.
• We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Prices are shown and charged in USD.

Order and eSIM data

• Order numbers, plan names, package codes, ICCID, eSIM transaction numbers, usage or status from our eSIM provider, and install / QR details needed to deliver the plan.

Information collected automatically

• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and basic request metadata.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the websites are used.
• Language preference — stored in your browser so the site can stay in the language you picked.

What we do not collect on the websites

• We do not have a shopping cart, wishlist, or shipping address. eSIMs are delivered digitally.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not collect precise location for tracking.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Cookies

• Order and eSIM records — kept as needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, and accounting.

• Access, correction, or deletion — email Global@UbeSIM.com. Some records (payment or eSIM fulfillment) may be kept where the law requires it.
• Marketing email — we do not run a promotional email list from these websites. If that changes, every message will have an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics — you can use browser controls or industry tools such as Global Privacy Control.

UBESIM is based in the United States. If you use the websites from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and by our service providers in other locations.
