Refund policy

Return are only available for unused eSIMs within 30 days.   Please contact us for a RMA number.

This is a no question refund.  We can see if the eSIM has been used or activated. 

If you meet the requirements your refund will be delivered, no questions asked.

Once you have activated the eSIM and/or used it.  We can't issue a refund.  We can't and don't sell used eSIMs.

If you are having trouble activating your eSIM or having connectivity issues we will work with you to get you back on track.  No questions.

Please make sure you have an internet connection before activating your eSIM.
